The team will cover the costs of the suite and club rentals for players and coaches. It’s important that all players ARE FED BEFORE arrival. Parents are welcome to join but are NOT PERMITTED in the suites. Instead, they can enjoy the designated indoor space provided, provided there are enough parents interested in having drinks. If you choose to stay for drinks, please note that there will be no individual bills; all orders will be combined into one bill, and parents will need to sort out their shares among themselves (this is a Launch Pad policy). I’ll need to confirm numbers with the organization, so please RSVP by Wednesday, June 25th. I will not chase families for their reservations.
